When an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we automatically cancel the order and issue a refund, less the original shipping and handling charges. You will receive an email confirming the return and refund details after we receive the returned package. Please note that carriers do not always return packages to us quickly, so there may be a delay before your refund is issued.
A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
- The delivery address is incorrect or outdated.
- The address is restricted, such as certain state or federal facilities that do not accept carrier deliveries.
- The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Carriers usually make up to three attempts before returning a package to us.
- The recipient refused the delivery.
- The package was damaged in transit. In this case, the carrier may return it to us without attempting delivery.
To avoid undeliverable packages, please double-check that your delivery address is complete and correct, that the recipient's name matches who will accept the package, and that the location accepts carrier deliveries.
We cannot re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still want the items, please place a new order and ensure the delivery address is correct.
