Every product page includes an availability statement that indicates whether a product can be shipped the same day. Please check this statement before selecting Next Day shipping, as it determines when your order will actually arrive the next day.
For products marked "usually ships the same business day," we will ship your order the same day if it is placed before 12 pm PST / 3 pm EST.
For products with any other availability statement, ordering with Next Day shipping will not get the product to you the next day. Your package will ship via Next Day service on the day it becomes available.
We will always try to ship every order as soon as possible, but there may be instances where it is impossible to ship a product the next day. In these cases, we will notify you as soon as possible at the email address provided on the order.
We understand that emergencies sometimes require Next Day shipping, and we promise to do our best to get your order picked, packaged, and ready for the courier in time. However, circumstances outside our control may prevent this, and we cannot guarantee next-day arrival, even for orders placed with the Next Day shipping service.
