Address Types

There are many different types of residential address designations, for example:

By default, deliveries to residential addresses are sent as "signature not required." We recommend tracking your package and bringing it inside promptly on delivery day. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after the carrier has delivered them to the correct address.

 

Please include the exact designation when filling out your shipping address details to ensure that your order is delivered safely. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries if your address designation is missing or incorrect. We are also not responsible for packages after they are delivered to a reception area, mailroom, or other shared commercial location.

 

If your address is automatically redirected to a carrier facility or store (such as a UPS or FedEx store), we cannot provide an accurate delivery time with the tracking number originally assigned to the shipment, and your delivery will be delayed. In these situations, the tracking progress for the original tracking number typically remains stuck on "Label Created" or "At Carrier Facility."

 

Please contact the carrier or store that handles your redirection directly for tracking progress and a delivery date. To avoid delays, please do not use a redirected address; use the true destination address instead.

 

Orders shipping to a freight forwarder's delivery address will be automatically cancelled. If you need to purchase products that must be forwarded outside the US, please contact us first and we will arrange your order manually.
