All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date and authorized by Patch Cords Online before you ship anything back to us. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. To start a return, log in to your account and click the "Request return" button.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Items returned for a refund must be undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging. If a returned item arrives damaged or incomplete, we will send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
Items Ineligible for Return
Some products are not eligible for return. This is stated on the individual product page, and generally applies to:
- Products supplied directly by the manufacturer.
- Products that are assembled or built to order.
- Any custom product.
